  Job Responsibilities:
    Perform Level 1 and 2 diagnosis and rectification where possible, and escalate relevant issues by dispatching the appropriate engineers to the customer site to attend the case.
    Providing phone/email/remote support to customers on issues with Multifunction Printer (MFP), Network Printers, PC and Network issues.
    Handle incoming customers’ calls and emails on incidents reported by customers.
    Perform ticket creation, updating, assigning, and closing of incident tickets.
    Perform system monitoring functions.
    Handle warranty claim.
    Generate helpdesk reports and other administrative stuffs.
    Respond timely and accurately to all customer enquiries.
       
  Job Requirements:
    Degree with at least 3 years of relevant Helpdesk experiences; preferably in similar industry.
    Good knowledge on Help Desk operations / support including incident management.
    Those with experience in LAN & WLAN networking have an added advantage.
    Good in TCP/IP and Mail Server configuration knowledge.
    Strong knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
    Strong knowledge and passion in troubleshooting Network, Hardware & Software.
    Strong knowledge of Window OS & Mac OS.
    Ability to communicate effectively, calmly, and patiently with both technical and non-technical customer including internal groups.
    Possess excellent listening, rationalization and problem-solving skills.
    Responsible, mature, independent and possesses positive working attitude while working under pressure and a willingness to learn new technologies.
       
  What We Offer:
    Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 6.00pm
    Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
